3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual project conditions, material costs, and scope changes. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if project conditions differ significantly from initial assessments. Any price changes will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding with work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service contract. Generally:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins
  • Progress payments may be requested for larger projects
  • Final payment is due upon project completion
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • We accept various payment methods as specified in your contract

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice may result in cancellation fees. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service contract. Generally, we provide a workmanship warranty for a specified period after project completion.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by others. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranty.

7. Liability and Insurance

Precision Drywall Guys maintains appropriate liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We take reasonable precautions to protect your property during our work.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project information and site access
  • Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
  • Removing or protecting valuable items in work areas
  • Ensuring utilities and services are available as needed
  • Communicating any concerns or changes promptly
